Licensed Customs Broker

We are looking for a Registered Customs Broker (RCB) to lead our compliance and clearance operations. You will be responsible for the preparation and filing of import and export declarations via the Bureau of Customs (BOC) electronic systems. Your role is critical in ensuring that shipments are cleared without unnecessary "red tape" while maintaining 100% compliance with the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA).
Requirements
- License: Must be a Registered Customs Broker with a valid PRC ID and updated Professional Tax Receipt (PTR).
- Accreditation: Must be eligible for accreditation with the BOC Account Management Office (AMO).
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA).
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in brokerage operations within the Philippines.
Skills:
- Proficiency with the BOC E2M (Electronic-to-Mobile) system.
- Expertise in the CMTA (RA 10863).
- Strong network and familiarity with port operations at MICP (Manila International Container Port) and Port of Manila (South Harbor).
